Quite simply, it is a scheme which could reward you if you know someone - family member, friend or business colleague - who is interested in purchasing a property in Portugal.

If they go on to successfully purchase a property from us your Rewards card will be credited with 1% of the purchase price in points which you can use to purchase goods and services from any of Oceânico's commercial outlets in Portugal.
