Oceanico properties have been carefully furnished to complement the size and layout of each property and all are completely turn-key. Every last item has been thought of, considered and selected. From the bathroom fittings to the soft furnishings, the kitchen appliances to the LCD television and audio system, everything is beautifully appointed.

Our interior design team received presentations from over 20 Portuguese and International furniture companies and visited major exhibitions in several European countries to ensure that the furniture represents the very best in style, quality and durability. We are confident that our selection will satisfy even the most discerning client and are particularly pleased that the overwhelming majority of the items were manufactured here in Portugal.

Strict furniture quality standards have been laid down under the new touristic law in Portugal. Qualities of materials and manufacture standards have been specified along with stringent fire retardant regulations; these have been complied with in every respect.
