World class golfers including Lee Westwood, Padraig Harrington, and Darren Clarke have become the latest property owners at Oceânico's new Amendoeira Golf Resort

8 September 2009 — Top golfers Lee Westwood, Padraig Harrington, Retief Goosen, Darren Clarke, Paul McGinley and David Howell are all new owners at Oceânico’s Amendoeira Golf Resort in the Algarve, due to officially open this autumn.

The luxury resort, which features villas, apartments and exclusive Oceânico Prestige properties, is set on 640–acres near Silves in the central Algarve, 40 minutes from Faro airport, and was voted Best Golf Development in the world in the 2008 Homes Overseas Awards.
